By using platsa.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These terms do not cover the Platsa mobile app, which will have its own terms of service when it launches, or any beta programme you join separately.

The Platsa product described on this site is in beta. Content, features, screenshots and timelines may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer of employment, a service contract or an investment opportunity.

Platsa Oy owns the site, its content, code, wordmarks, logos and the Platsa name. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including copying, republishing, framing, reverse engineering or training machine-learning systems on the content, requires prior written permission from Platsa Oy.

You agree not to scrape or otherwise automate the collection of content from the site, except where you are a public search engine indexing pages in the ordinary way. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

The site may link to third-party services. Platsa Oy is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those services.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Platsa Oy makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability or availability of the site or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law, Platsa Oy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Finnish law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the site or these terms shall be resolved by the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.

Platsa Oy may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
