Terms.
These terms govern your use of platsa.io. They do not govern the Platsa™ mobile app, which will be covered by its own terms of service when it launches.
01
About these terms.
By using platsa.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These terms apply to the public website only, not to the Platsa mobile app or any beta program you may join separately.
02
Beta status.
The Platsa product described on this site is in beta. Content, features, screenshots, and timelines may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer of employment, hire, a service contract, or investment.
03
Intellectual property.
Platsa Oy owns the site, its content, code, wordmarks, logos, and the Platsa™ name. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use — copying, republishing, framing, reverse engineering, or training machine-learning systems on the content — requires prior written permission from Platsa Oy. Web fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License (OFL).
04
Permitted use.
You agree not to scrape or otherwise automate collection of content from the site, except where you are a public search engine indexing pages in the ordinary way. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
05
Third-party links.
The site may link to third-party services. Platsa Oy is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those services.
06
Disclaimer of warranties.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Platsa Oy makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the site or its content.
07
Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law, Platsa Oy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Finnish law.
08
Governing law and forum.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the site or these terms shall be resolved by the Helsinki District Court (Helsingin käräjäoikeus) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
09
Changes.
Platsa Oy may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
